1. Sponsor
This prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is operated by CHANGETHROUGHART INC, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, located at 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #22218, Newark, Delaware 19702 USA.
2. Eligibility
Prize Draws are open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of CHANGETHROUGHART INC or OdobaGive and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Visitors outside the U.S. are welcome to browse the site and support the cause, but only U.S. residents may enter or win prize draws.
3. Entry Periods
Each Prize Draw has its own start and end date, which will be clearly listed on the respective campaign page. Only entries submitted during the designated entry period will be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter a Prize Draw:
(a) Donation Method
Entrants receive entries based on the donation-to-entry ratio listed on the campaign page (e.g., $5 = 1 entry). The entry amount may vary per draw. Multiple donations may be made. Donations are non-refundable.
(b) Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without donating, mail a handwritten 3x5 postcard with your full name, mailing address, email, phone number, date of birth, the name of the draw, and the statement: “I wish to enter the OdobaGive Prize Draw and agree to the Official Rules,” signed and placed in a No. 10 envelope. Mail to:

Limit one mail-in entry per person per day. Each must be mailed separately and postmarked during the entry period. Photocopied or machine-printed entries are not valid.
5. Prizes
Each campaign page outlines the prize(s), retail value, number of winners, and prize restrictions. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of any prize is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners are selected randomly from all eligible entries within 10 business days of the draw closing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Winners will be contacted via email or phone and must respond within 72 hours. If the winner does not respond in time, declines the prize, or is ineligible, another winner may be selected.
7. Taxes
All taxes and any other costs not specified in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner. CHANGETHROUGHART INC may issue an IRS Form 1099 or any other documentation required by law.
8. Publicity
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that CHANGETHROUGHART INC and OdobaGive may use their name, likeness, and prize details for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any Prize Draw due to fraud, technical issues, or anything that compromises the fairness or integrity of the draw. Any individual attempting to tamper with the entry process or violate the rules may be disqualified.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless CHANGETHROUGHART INC, its employees, officers, affiliates, agents, and partners from any liability, loss, or damage arising from or related to participation in the Prize Draw or use of any prize.
11. Disputes
These Prize Draws are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

13. Terms of Use
By using this site, you agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with others’ participation, or use the site for illegal purposes. CHANGETHROUGHART INC reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to anyone who violates these terms.
14. Donations and Entries
All donation-based entries are final and non-refundable. Donations made through Zeffy are processed securely. No account creation is required to donate or enter, but entry and contact information will be collected to ensure prize delivery and winner verification.
15. Data Collection and Use
We collect your name, email, phone number, and address during the donation or entry process via Zeffy. This data is used solely for entry verification, winner notification, and compliance purposes. By participating, you consent to this use.
16. Marketing Communications
By entering a Prize Draw, you agree to receive occasional email communications from OdobaGive about current and future campaigns. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.
